Joe is a screenwriter/director/producer born in Brooklyn, New York. He is known for the films "A Guy Named Rick" and "Hide the Sausage" and the upcoming "Amazin'" and "Devastation." He wrote his first screenplay at age 16 ("Unlimited Potential"), a film that he went on to write, produce, direct, and star at age 20.

In 2019, he was hired by Academy Award winning producer Brad Wyman ("Monster") to write the screenplay adaptation of Pulitzer Prize winner Jimmy Breslin's book "Can't Anybody Here Play This Game?" That screenplay is entitled "Amazin'."
